Pollock-Krasner 2021 Grantee
(Thank you Lee Krasner!) The Pollock-Krasner Foundation has been an invaluable support to visual artists internationally, particularly in this unprecedented health crisis. I am honored to be part of the 2021 recipients which will be announced soon-- last years list of amazing grantees can be found here
Arctic Circle Residency 2021

The Arctic Circle program, now in its twelfth year, is an annual expeditionary residency for scientists and artists who undertake research on a traditionally rigged Barquentine exploring the Svalbard Archipelago. My interest is in the Arctic as a double site of representation—imagined through both technoscientific and fantastical images—this research will mine the myth of the Open Polar Sea.
